Vision on Division is a manufacturing company that specializes in custom fabrication, prototyping, and innovative designs for the manufacturing, sculptural, and creative entrepreneurial industries. Our team has extensive experience in machining, artistic metalworking, sculpture, IT, machine programming and beyond. We're dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality products and services that meet their unique needs.

Our Vision was founded on Creativity and decades of experience, with the core members all sharing a passion for nurturing innovation and providing opportunity. To fulfill that goal, we are working towards partnership with multiple local agencies and institutions to soon offer classes and work study programs to the benefit of underserved youth and promising young people as they are completing their formal educations. Bringing brilliant minds together as they navigate towards their futures. Another aspect we hope to incorporate is what we are calling a second chance program, opting to hire individuals who have recently been released from incarceration that have shown exceptional drive to regain control of their lives. A local minimum security prison has an existing metal fabrication certification program and we would like to provide opportunity to those individuals that have completed that course. Lastly we would also like to provide opportunity to veterans, as we know that transitioning back into civilian life is sometimes a challenge and many times career opportunities are limited because of publicly held stigmas and post service health issues. We feel as though this place we have created should be a benchmark for other businesses, leading the way in equal opportunity advancement and prospects for all people.
